Parishes are significant purchasers of stationery. Whether paper for parish magazines and service sheets, printer toner cartridges or envelopes, materials for childrens and youth activities or office stationery, PCCs spend several million pounds on this each year. The Church of England's procurement group, comprising of diocesan, national and parish representatives is now able to offer parishes a supplier which offers good service, is environmentally responsible, yet may achieve significant savings compared with current prices.
